Participation Fees:  Fees cover different items, according to the specific mode of participation.

Full price (academics and professionals presenting a paper): €120: Attendance to the full programme of the conference, coffee breaks, two lunch meals (does not include conference dinner), transfer to Rotterdam (excursion), other social activities and a certificate.

PhD candidate price (PhD candidates presenting a paper): €60 : Attendance to the full programme of the conference, coffeefbreaks, two lunch meals (does not include conference dinner), transfer to Rotterdam (excursion), other social activities and a certificate.

All Master students and PhD candidates not presenting a paper who are attending lectures and sessions and are taking part in the excursion to Rotterdam, coffee breaks and two lunch meals (does not include conference dinner) : €50

All Master students and PhD candidates not presenting a paper, attending lectures and sessions: FREE. This option includes coffee breaks. This does not include two lunch meals, conference dinner and the excursion to Rotterdam.

Congress dinner: €30 euros (excluding drinks) (this options available to all willing to take part).

You cab obtain a copy of the book The City at Eye Level, edited by Hans
Karssenberg, Jeroen Laven, Meredith Glaser and  Mattijs van ‘t Hoff for a reduced price of €25. It will be included in your welcome package.
